Policies and Procedures:

  • Check-in 4 p.m. and check-out 11 a.m.
  • Minimum 3-night stay in condominiums
  • Minimum 7-night stay in most homes
  • Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
  • Tents and camping are not permitted
  • No pets unless special arrangements are made
  • Smoking is NOT allowed in all properties
  • Rates include 7% bed tax and end-of-stay cleaning
  • Discounts available for off-season and longer stays
  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted

Deposits & Payments:

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit must be received to secure reservation.

Balance is due and nonrefundable 14 days prior to arrival along with a refundable security/damage deposit.

Travel cancellation insurance is recommended; information can be obtained through your private insurance company.
