Policies and Procedures:
- Check-in 4 p.m. and check-out 11 a.m.
- Minimum 3-night stay in condominiums
- Minimum 7-night stay in most homes
- Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
- Tents and camping are not permitted
- No pets unless special arrangements are made
- Smoking is NOT allowed in all properties
- Rates include 7% bed tax and end-of-stay cleaning
- Discounts available for off-season and longer stays
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted
Deposits & Payments:
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit must be received to secure reservation.
Balance is due and nonrefundable 14 days prior to arrival along with a refundable security/damage deposit.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended; information can be obtained through your private insurance company.
